Browser & compatibility requirements
The main site, client portal, and training tools are all built on modern web standards and are tested against current versions of the major browsers. There is no supported path for very old or niche browsers.
Steps
Work through these in order.

Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox
We test against the latest stable release of each. Browsers more than roughly a year out of date may hit missing-feature issues, particularly around passkey sign-in.

Enable JavaScript
The client portal and interactive tools require JavaScript — the marketing site itself degrades gracefully without it, but the portal will not function.

Allow cookies for cyber-guardians.co.uk
Sign-in sessions and your theme/accessibility preferences are stored via cookies and local storage scoped to this domain. Browsers set to block all cookies will break sign-in.

Disable aggressive privacy extensions for this site if something looks broken
Some script-blocking extensions interfere with passkey prompts or the AI helpbot. Try an incognito window (extensions usually disabled by default) to confirm before reporting an issue.
